Gilbert House After Hours – January Edition!
Join us throughout January for Friday night dinners from 5–8 PM—except Friday, January 23, when we’ll be closed for a private event.
Fridays keep the classic After Hours vibe: laid-back, comforting, and all about good food and good drinks. Think burgers, breakfast-for-dinner, and starters that know how to kick off the night. Live music is on the schedule for the rest of January—because dinner always hits better with a soundtrack.

National Waffle Day is August 24, but one day just isn’t enough.
We’re celebrating all month long with four scratch-made waffle favorites, each just $13.95.

🍌 Banana Walnut – Fresh bananas, candied walnuts & homemade caramel sauce.
