Join us for an evening of seasonal comfort and classic hospitality. Each dinner service features a curated selection of appetizers, entrées, and desserts—always including a steak, chicken, fish, and vegetarian option. Think charcuterie boards, caprese skewers, filets, honey-glazed salmon, chicken marsala, and Mom’s Italian ricotta cheesecake. Our full bar is open with wine, cocktails, and mocktails to round out the night. Menus change each time, so there’s always something new to enjoy.

Join us on Friday evenings from 5–8pm for a laid-back night of good food, good drinks, and that classic Gilbert House comfort. After Hours keeps it simple, hearty, and seriously tasty—think burgers, breakfast-for-dinner, and starters that know how to kick off the night. Same cozy house. Same friendly faces.
