Join us for a laid-back evening of good food, good drinks, and even better company. Our After Hours dinners are all about comfort—with a little flair and a lot of flavor. The menu keeps it simple (and seriously good): think burgers that mean business, breakfast-for-dinner (with a twist), starters that kick off the night right, and a section we like to call “Fancy Sh*t” for those nights you still want to dress things up. Same cozy house. Same friendly faces. Just dinner done the Gilbert House way–unfussy, delicious, and made to enjoy.

Join us for an evening of seasonal comfort and classic hospitality. Each dinner service features a curated selection of appetizers, entrées, and desserts—always including a steak, chicken, fish, and vegetarian option. Think charcuterie boards, caprese skewers, filets, honey-glazed salmon, chicken marsala, and Mom’s Italian ricotta cheesecake. Our full bar is open with wine, cocktails, and mocktails to round out the night. Menus change each time, so there’s always something new to enjoy.
